The Siziba Group Holdings

TSG is a family owned group operating as a holdings company that was conceptualised in 2012 but became a formal structure in 2014. Our core business is in 3 arms – i. business development and acquisitions, ii. property and asset investment, iii. lastly, social development through our subsidiary The Siziba Foundation NPC. Currently our holdings manages over 7 (seven) fully operational subsidiaries and consistently holds a minimum of 49% shareholding in each. We are driven by values centred on constantly evolving to become better and more for ourselves and the 'beneficiation' of individuals and communities globally; a better tomorrow is a pursuit in our hearts - 'Human-BEING (becoming).'
